April showers have made way for…well, May showers, but spring has definitely sprung in Nashville. And with Steeplechase just a few days away, it’s time to head to Fire Finch to pick up some race day (and spring) essentials. A staple of the Hillsboro Village shopping scene, this boutique now has a downtown location on Church Street. At either store, you’ll find must-have jewelry, handbags, apparel and accessories.
Fire Finch is the place to go when you want those super cute chandelier earrings, bangle bracelets and cocktail rings, but don’t want to spend a fortune on them.
Right now, there’s a wonderful collection of Esley summer dresses, Tulle tops and jackets, Havana Vintage tunics and peasant tops and a variety of wide-brimmed hats just right for Steeplechase…or for just looking fabulous.
The global feel of the store definitely makes way for some eclectic purchases. Past the jewelry, Tano handbags and Hobo clutches line the walls in so many amazing colors and styles you can’t help but take a few off the wall for a closer look. You can never have too many scrarves or wraps and Fire Finch has lots of gorgeous prints and solids so affordable, you'll definitely need to buy more than one. Be sure to head to the very back of the store to peek at the fun collection of colorful melamine plates and cups for the little ones and the nice selection of stationary, greeting cards and wrapping essentials.
Fire Finch is open Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 1pm-5pm.
